As a Project Engineer with Thrive, Shea provides technical analysis and support throughout each project’s lifecycle, from scope and budget development through commissioning and handoff.  He is a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina Honor’s College with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
