Caitlin has over 16 years of experience in engineering, project management, and operations.  She has led teams in various industries including nuclear plant design and construction, building decarbonization incentive program development, and building airflow optimization.  Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
